St Mary’s After-School Club offers a safe and fun end to your child’s day. Your child will go to the Hall-Base at the end of the school day and be registered by a member of the After-School Club staff.
A nutritious snack will be served, comprising of a choice of healthy sandwich fillings, a piece of fruit or a yoghurt and diluted juices or water. Children are not permitted to bring their own food as we have a number of children with allergies.
Places are available for children from our Nursery class to Year 6.
Sessions are run from 3:30 to 5:30pm (Monday-Friday) and cost £6:00 per day, £30 per week. There are 40 places available daily and it is essential that you pre-book your child’s place as they are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Payment is needed at the time of booking.
A booking form is available from the School Office and we ask that you complete a registration form, which holds up to date medical information. This will be held by the After-School Club Supervisor.
Once the children have finished eating, there is a choice of things to do; some children choose supervised play on the playground, while others are supervised in the hall playing board games, drawing or creating with Lego. There will be an opportunity to complete homework.
After-School Club is supervised by Mrs Mitchell, and is staffed by Mrs Allcorn, Mrs Maybourne and Mrs Jaimungal-Singh each afternoon.
